The individuals being recognized for exemplary CPA Exam performance and will be receiving the Award of Excellence. This award is presented to candidates who scored the highest grade on one or more sections of the Uniform CPA Examination in Kentucky.

I accept this certificate as a Certified Public Accountant with full realization of the responsibilities and obligations which I assume. I solemnly swear to support the Constitution of the United States; and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky so long as I remain a citizen or practice here. I further swear that I shall, to the best of my ability, perform my duties in the practice of my profession; abide by the rules of professional conduct as promulgated by the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy and always endeavor to uphold the honor and dignity of the accounting profession.
