If you have taken an ACPEN webcast in the past, you can use that existing login and password at the link below: https://kycpa.acpen.com/Account/Login

On the day of the webcast, once logged into your account, find the title of the course in My List, on the account dashboard.  On this page, you can use Launch the Viewer/Test Your Systemprint handouts from here or on the viewing page.  During the webcast write down or use the Save Code Letter record button and enter the letters in the Tab marked Certification.  To send questions to the presenter(s), click on the Tab marked Questions on the viewing page.

For technical support please contact the ACPEN Help Desk at 1-877-602-9877.  For less urgent questions, you can also submit an email request to help@acpen.com and a technician will contact you within 1 business day. The Help Desk is available to assist you by phone from 7 AM to 7 PM CST.  In addition, it will be open an hour before and after any live webcast outside of those hours.
