This committee develops strategies to recruit, retain, and advance under-represented minorities into the CPA profession.

Participating in this committee gives the opportunity to network with other CPAs who are interested in increasing the diversity of the CPA profession in Kentucky. Participating in this committee gives the opportunity to collaborate on ideas for increasing the diversity of an individual's workplace.
