The first years of your career set the foundation for long-term success. KyCPA Launch Pad is a two-day interactive workshop designed to help early-career accounting professionals strengthen the professional skills that aren’t always taught in the classroom.

Through engaging sessions, hands-on exercises and networking opportunities, participants will develop the communication, collaboration and workplace presence needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced professional environment.

Day one takes place at Main Event Louisville, where attendees will participate in interactive learning sessions and team-building activities, followed by networking and games. Day two continues at the KyCPA Headquarters Gratzer Education Center, focusing on career growth, industry insights and creating a personal plan for continued professional development.
