Terra is a Managing Associate on the Private Client and Wealth Planning Service Team at FBT Gibbons LLP where she has a multi-jurisdictional practice in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. She focuses on her practice on advising individuals and families regarding their unique estate planning needs and guiding fiduciaries through the estate and trust administration process. In particular, Terra counsels high-net-worth clients regarding sophisticated tax planning strategies to minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax. Within the estate administration portion of her practice, Terra has extensive experience with the preparation of Federal Estate Tax Returns and Kentucky Inheritance Tax Returns. Terra is a 2020 graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where she was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review, an Ed Perry Mediation Fellow, and a Brandeis Honor Scholar.

Turney P. Berry is with the Louisville Office of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP and the leader of the firm's Tax, Business & Personal Planning Service Team. Mr. Berry concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and business planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning. Mr. Berry is past Regent of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (better known as ACTEC), delivered the 2024 Trachtman Lecture, has been President of the ACTEC Foundation, Kentucky State Chair, and chair of the Charitable Committee and the Estate and Gift Committee, and is currently Chair of the State Laws Committee. He is a Uniform Law Commissioner and led or been a member of the drafting committees for the Uniform Acts dealing with Decanting, Fiduciary Income and Principal determinations Electronic Wills, Directed Trusts, and Conflicts in Trusts and Estates, among many others. He is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a member of the American Law Institute, and serves on the Heckerling Institute Advisory Committee, the Advisory Committee for Bloomberg/BNA, and the Advisory Committee for Trusts and Estates monthly, and is a member of the Joint Editorial Board for Trusts and Estates He is a member of the National Association of Estate Planning Councils Hall of Fame, and is listed in Woodward/White's The Best Lawyers in America®, Kentucky Super Lawyers, and Chambers. Mr. Berry is a frequent lecturer and writer, teaches Business Succession Planning in the University of Miami Estate Planning LLM program, and has been an adjunct professor at the Vanderbilt University School of Law, the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, and the University of Missouri School of Law. He chairs Louisville's Center for Interfaith Relations, is President of the Daily Walk Sunday School class at Christ Church United Methodist in Louisville, and is Chair of the Civilian Review and Accountability Board which investigates and reviews allegations of police misconduct. He is also a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and Louisville Downtown Rotary.

Avery Blank is the owner of Lambda Tax LLC, a fully virtual tax and accounting practice based out of Chicago, IL. Avery graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Accounting and worked at Deloitte prior to starting Lambda Tax LLC in January 2026. She works on a wide array of clients including individuals, non-profits, small businesses, and investment entities. She specializes in real estate fund structures and individual, estate, and small business tax planning. Avery continues to give back as a returning volunteer to local Volunteer Income Tax Assistance programs in their community.

Cooper, Helen

 
A member of Dentons’ US Tax practice, Helen V. Cooper focuses on tax controversy and litigation. Helen uses her unique background in both law and accounting to help businesses, as well as high income, high net worth individuals and families, proactively anticipate and resolve potential conflict with tax authorities through advice, memorandum, and opinions designed to mitigate risk and minimize liability. She represents taxpayers before the US Tax Court and other various courts. She also represents taxpayers administratively in examination. Additionally, she advises clients on developments in the Internal Revenue Code, regulations, and case law. Helen is a frequent presenter and author, contributing thought leadership on trends that affect taxpayers. Before joining Dentons, Helen worked at EY. At EY, she was part of teams serving mid-size to Fortune 500 Companies. In the tax controversy space, Helen worked on Large Business & International (LB&I) and Small Business /Self-Employed (SB/SE) Internal Revenue Service audit engagements for corporations and pass-through entities throughout the Midwest and South. She has helped with IDR responses, document productions, protests and Appeals presentations. In the planning space, Helen worked on teams that engaged in accounting methods planning and adoption, where she regularly interfaced with EY National Tax to help prepare accounting method changes. She has also worked on Research & Development Credit studies, including for a client that claimed over US$20 million in federal and state credits, and a Meals & Entertainment study for a utility company in the Southeast, which used statistical sampling. Additionally, Helen has assisted with tax planning and defense for companies in the manufacturing, construction and software industries. She also served on teams that submitted Requests for Proposal to an EY G360 client and for a large in-bound Canadian company. Helen is a Certified Public Accountant. Before becoming a CPA, she practiced law at a multi-state creditor’s rights firm. Her experience includes representing institutional clients in Kentucky and Indiana state courts, and federal district courts. She also worked on the firm’s litigation team that defended attorneys in federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) cases. In law school, Helen served as a tax extern in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she helped with a complex tax shelter case. She also externed at the United States Attorney’s Office.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in the legal and charitable fields. As Charitable Principal, she specializes in helping individuals and families realize their philanthropic goals while maximizing their charitable impact. A Louisville native, Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and her Juris Doctorate from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Before joining Glenview, Jennifer served as Director of Gift Planning at the Community Foundation of Louisville, where she worked with fundholders to create personalized charitable funds in conjunction with their estate and financial planning. Prior to the Foundation, Jennifer practiced law in Louisville, focusing on general civil litigation and business matters. Jennifer is a member of both the Kentucky and the Louisville Bar Associations, and the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville. She also serves as Chair of the Louisville Board of Water Works.
