While a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an accountant, not every accountant is a CPA. CPAs are leaders, strategic thinkers and problem solvers. Proper accounting is integral to any businesses or operation's success and so CPAs are needed everywhere. They can work in a variety of areas, including public accounting, business and industry, technology, forensics, government and education, and more.

Our accounting program prepares you for a career in public, private and governmental accounting. You’ll be equipped with the skills to become a tax accountant, an auditor or a comptroller, among other exciting career fields. The program also has an online completer option for students who have completed general education requirements and business prerequisite courses.
